Josh definitely exceeded all of my expectations. He exhibits a very professional and anxiety free experience . What a great experience. He rocks!!!😇 11.29.2024 Addendum to prior review.. After driving Jeep on the same day as I purchased it, it had sensor lights that went on. It was brought to Josh’s attention, their mechanic replaced batteries and instructed us to drive it50-80 miles and it would reset…. This never reset.. returned to the mechanic again and still did not correct these issues..therefore I made an appointment for a Jeep dealer to evaluate issues..needless to say total cost to fix issues is $2100….as I know the Autoproved mechanic is not a Jeep expert… he does not have knowledge or equipment to fix Jeep issues.. Careful when purchasing from Autoproved as is…! Shame on me.. why so imperative to have me/customers fill out your survey before leaving the lot???? This really makes you wonder why have I been treated this way??
